ROLLS-ROYCE SILVER CLOUD III FLYING SPUR

This lovely Cloud III is one of only 54 examples to be graced with H J Mulliner Flying Spur bodywork. It belongs to a long-standing customer of ours, and originally only appeared to have suffered a few storage-related problems. But, as is so often the case with cars, there were many more issues hiding under the skin, and the Rolls was far more tired than at first appeared. Ultimately, we devoted a full four-five months to the work, during which we: fabricated new sills, modifying the original design to prevent any further electrolytic corrosion; replaced the original black interior with red-piped magnolia hide upholstery and red carpets; refurbished the woodwork; and repainted the entire car before treating it to a thorough service. The owner was delighted with the result, and sufficiently trusting of our workmanship to drive the car direct from our workshop to Monaco!
